Good. We want those reports. Every edge case someone surfaces makes the engine more accurate for everyone. When you reach out about a calculation question, please include:
- The birth dates you entered (day/month/year)
- Birth time, if used — even an approximate window helps
- Your geographic location at birth (city and country)
- The time zone you selected, and whether it was automatically detected or manually set
- The phase result you received, and what you expected or found in a separate source
This gives us enough context for a genuine calculation audit. We’ll respond with a detailed breakdown of how your result was derived, step by step.

Maybe the interpretation resonated in a way you didn’t expect. Maybe it described something about your partner dynamic so precisely that it felt unsettling. Maybe it missed the mark entirely, and you want to tell us why.
